Mutina, with the collaboration of the Avallone Laboratory of Milan, presents the new Chymia collection, which focuses on the very sophisticated combination of black and white. A project, in porcelain stoneware, the result of complex graphic research, which explores all the potential, starting from the backgrounds of the 30×30 cm square tiles which count as much as the imprinted graphic signs. By observing and touching the basic opaque surface, in which the dark background prevails, one can admire the references to the ancient blacks of the patinas, Pompeian paintings and Paestum vases, imprinted in the historical memory of our tradition, but reinterpreted in a modern key.
