Introduction to the information notice:
According to the art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 Superficie 71 srl, as Data Controller, is required to provide you with specific information regarding your personal data that we collect, the purposes and methods of processing your data, the subjects to whom they can be communicated and the rights it enjoys in relation to the management of your personal data.
The Personal Data we collect:
To be able to supply our products and / or services, in order to be able to respond to your requests (information, quotes, updates, etc.) our company needs to collect some of your personal data.
Such data may concern, for example: personal data, addresses and reference names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, fiscal code, VAT number, bank details. Even data relating to the issued offers (even if not accepted), the stipulated orders, as well as any general information relating to your organization and activities (carried out activities, provided products and services, size and turnover, product sector, associations of category of belonging etc…) can be collected. To obtain the purposes listed below, it is not necessary to acquire personal data that the Legislative Decree 196 describes as “sensitive”, or data that can reveal religious, political or philosophical beliefs, health status and sexual life.
Purpose – For what purposes we collect your data:
Your personal data are collected and processed for the following purposes :
1. To be able to respond to your present and future requests of information on our products and / or services and in general for any preliminary request for the definition of a specific order / contract (for example formulation of estimates, offers, etc.),
2. For the fulfilment of the obligations and the execution of the operations foreseen by the stipulated contracts (supply of products and services, possible subsequent technical assistance, management of collections, payments, etc.) and which may be stipulated in the future,
3. For the execution of the administrative, fiscal, accounting, etc. obligations and obligations deriving from the stipulated contracts, as well as disposed by the laws in force, by regulations and by Community legislation, as well as by provisions issued by authorities legitimated to do so and by supervision and controlling bodies (e.g. inspections of the tax authority);
According to the art. 24, paragraph b of Legislative Decree 196, for the purposes stated above your consent is not necessary, as the processing of data is carried out to “perform obligations arising from a contract of which the interested party is a party or to fulfil, before the conclusion of the contract, “specific requests of the interested party”, and to “fulfil an obligation provided for by law, by a regulation or by EU legislation”.
Treatment modalities:
The data will be processed both manually and electronically with the aid of electronic instruments and stored both on computer media and on paper supports and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the minimum security measures pursuant to the relevant Technical Regulations about minimum security measures, Annex B of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003.
Nature of the provision:
The provision of your personal data is optional, but a refusal to do so entails the impossibility for the Company to be able to carry out your requests for quotation, offer, issuance of orders and contracts, as reported in points 1, 2 and 3 of the “purpose” paragraph.
The provision of data is necessary to fulfill legal obligations committed with the purposes indicated in the preceding points.
Scope of communication and diffusion – who can access your personal data:
Your personal data may be disclosed, in their capacity as appointees and / or Data Processors, to our employees (and any collaborators), exclusively in relation to the tasks they perform and the purposes stated above.
Certain specific categories of subjects external to our company, as external managers, may also become aware of your personal data, always for purposes connected with the execution of the obligations deriving from the contracts stipulated with you or with the obligations provided for by law, regulations etc. These categories include, for example:
accounting firms, administrative and accounting data processing centres in relation to the keeping of company records, financial statements, accounting calculations, etc. credit institutions for the management of receipts and payments, financial institutions, insurance companies, hardware and software maintenance companies, in relation to the necessary maintenance, improvements etc. of our infrastructures.
External parties that perform functions related to the execution of the contract (e.g. : transporters)
Your personal data may also be communicated to subjects to whom the right to access the data is granted by legal or regulatory provisions (e.g. Financial Police, Police forces, control authorities etc.)
No form of diffusion of your data is envisaged (diffusing your data to an indefinite number of subjects).

You are recognized the right to know, cancel, correct, update, integrate and oppose the processing of the data as well as other rights provided by the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the full text of which, relating to the rights of the interested party, is available on the website www.garanteprivacy.it.

How to request the cancellation of personal data:
The customer, at any time, has the right to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data by written notice to be sent to the registered office of Surface 71 s.r.l.
The customer, who declares to have received the information pursuant to art. 13 and on the rights due to the same, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, has the right to access his data according to the methods provided therein. Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the Customer issued together with the processing authorization and the dispatch in the online registration form.
